A photographic and literary collective of St. Ives ↘
Looking at how this seemingly swanky seaside town behind closed doors is being enormously affected by multifarious issues. Subjects concerning poverty, the imbalance of monetary wealth (not just within St Ives itself but other Cornish coastal towns) - the effects of second home house buyers - rural gentrification, and so on...
This publication aims to open the eyes of potential visitors and investees of the town, who unbeknownst to them are affecting the local townspeople, as well as the village they’ve built up for themselves and invested in, and the historic footprint that’s being trodden on by hordes of dilettante sightseers.
